The nature of the Bio-Filler procedure may require a patient to return for a series of treatments, spaced 6 – 8 weeks apart in order to achieve the desired results. Results typically last a few weeks and the volume will essentially dissipate. Long-term effects, such as skin tightening, collagen production and enhanced skin quality, may take up to 3 – 4 months to be noticed and can last 6 months or longer. Significant results can last as long as two years.
